• My appeal was unsuccessful. What are my options?

    1. If your appeal is rejected by us, we will write to you to inform you of the decision and allow a further 14 days from the date of our decision for you to make a payment at the reduced rate. You may pay your PCN by visiting www.payments.ce-service.co.uk or calling 01158225020.
    2. Alternatively, you may raise an appeal with the Parking On Private Land Appeals Service (POPLA) using the unique POPLA code provided to you in our appeal decision letter. Please note that if the parking incident occurred in Scotland or Northern Ireland it is only the driver who may appeal to POPLA. If your appeal to POPLA is unsuccessful, the full Parking Charge will apply and you will not be offered another opportunity to pay at the reduced rate.
