• What happens after POPLA has reached a decision?

    1. If your appeal to POPLA is successful, we will cancel the Parking Charge Notice and send you a written confirmation that the PCN has been cancelled. The Registered Keeper data provided by the DVLA will be deleted from our systems in line with our Privacy Policy.  You may track your POPLA appeal status at https://appealform.popla.co.uk/#/TrackAppeal/Index
    2. If your appeal to POPLA is unsuccessful, the full Parking Charge Notice will apply. Full payment must be made within 28 days from the day POPLA release the decision to prevent the charge from being referred to debt collection agent and additional debt collection fees being added to the sum outstanding.
